We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be:

  • unused and in original condition ✨

  • with all tags, accessories, manuals included 📦

  • in the original packaging

If an item is sent back worn, damaged, or missing accessories — we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons:

  • opened beauty / personal care products 🧴

  • items marked Final Sale

  • gift cards, downloadable or digital products

  • products damaged due to misuse


🛠️ Wrong / Damaged / Defective Items

If your package arrived:

  • damaged 🚚💥

  • defective

  • or different from what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days with photos.
We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on availability.

🟩 2. REFUNDS & SHIPPING COSTS

💵 Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the result.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is your choice (change of mind, size, etc.) — shipping is paid by the customer.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, factory defect) — we may cover or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (if any) are typically non-refundable, except when we are at fault.
